Our team is focused on developing micro- & macro-capsules, especially three different types of capsules such as liquid core, matrix and coacervated capsules.
The substances used in micro- & macro-encapsulation have applicability in food industry. Our encapsulation techniques can be used on a wide range of substances such as dyes, essential oils and microorganisms. In dry conditions, our capsules are granulated, mechanical stable and storable over long time. Even after years, the oil core of the coacervated capsules gives it specific odor.
